Sales - Business Broker/Intermediary
Compensation: $75,000-$200,000 yearly

Wardington International is expanding and looking for motivated business brokers to join our team.
We are looking for aggressive, motivated, achievement-oriented individuals who want to earn six figures.
Business brokers match buyers and sellers of small companies (up to $20M revenue). Professional sales, financial or business background desirable but not essential. Complete training program is required for associates without a business brokerage certification or prior experience. Real Estate License is a plus, but not required for individuals interested in earning a large annual income. THIS IS A

• Excellent people and organizational skills, relationship builder.
• Motivated problem solver with a proven track record of sales achievement and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both as a team member and independently to prioritize tasks and clients.
• Actively build a professional network and affiliate network in the local community.
• High competency in technology including CRM systems, email and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project a professional image that inspires confidence, trust and integrity.
• Develop, source and secure new account agreements with business owners through networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Evaluate a business from a financial and operation perspective to develop an opinion of market value.
• Possess the ability to package and present companies in written and oral form utilizing various presentation and marketing skills.
• Screen, develop and work with potential business buyers for the firms engagements.
• Work with sellers, buyers, accountants, attorneys, landlords and all related parties in the negotiation and successful completion of a transaction.

How long is the training?
The classroom training is three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
Are there any costs?
Yes. The firms pays for operational expenses, e.g., office phone, secretarial support, office supplies, 500 business cards and business broker starter kit. Associates are responsible for additional business cards, automobile costs, supplemental advertising, etc. In addition, a $750 training fee for new associates without a business brokerage certification is required and all associates pay desk fees ($120 per month).
How long will it take before I close my first transaction?
Generally four to six months.
How much money does the average business broker make?
There is no average. Top associates can earn in excess of $200,000/year.
