Business Consultant/Coaching Contract
10 (ten) hours of consultant service to be scheduled by Client and used in 1 (one) hour increments. Consultant service sessions may be held in person, by phone or via Zoom (depending on your comfort and requirement).
- Provide comprehensive plan and strategy to establish hair braiding program.
- Provide Client with guidance and step-by-step recommendations to expand hair care product line through various channels.
- Conduct audit for published hair book and recommend avenues to increase revenue.
- Discuss whatever you would like to discuss during the session to help you achieve your goals
Payment Terms: No work shall commence until the Client has made payment and submitted signed contract. The fees shall be paid in full utilizing the link provided. No work shall begin until the Client has made payment. Payment shall be due upon receipt of invoice.
Compensation: In consideration of the Services provided by the Consultant under this Agreement, the Client shall pay the non-refundable Consultant the fees of $4,250.00.
Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire within 4 (four) months of the date of contract. All Services rendered shall be utilized within the 4 (four) months, unless Consultant agrees to grant an extension. If a service extension is granted, the Consultant must notify the Client in writing.
